EMPOWER WOMEN AND CHILDREN

Who we are?

CivicHelp and Progress Foundation (CHAP) is a Section 8 Company (NGO) based in Delhi, India. Our team consists of social entrepreneurs who are dedicated to creating positive impact in rural communities of Northern Himalayas.

What we do?

One of CHAP's main objectives is to generate employment opportunities for women in these villages. We believe that by empowering women and providing them with meaningful work, we can help to create sustainable development and improve the overall economic and social conditions of the community.

In addition to our focus on women's employment, CHAP is also dedicated to providing immersive experiences for tourists who visit these villages. We believe that by showcasing the unique cultural and natural heritage of the region, we can help to promote sustainable tourism that benefits both the local communities and the visitors.

CHAP's work is focused on creating a symbiotic relationship between the local communities and the tourists, where both parties benefit from each other's presence. Through our efforts, we hope to create a model of sustainable development that can be replicated in other parts of India and beyond.
